22m. An interesting trip up the left-hand side of the narrow buttress. Climb a short steep crack on the left (making the route VDiff) or, better, the steep groove in the front of the buttress. From the ledge continue up a series of grooves trending left until the easier rocks lead rightwards to the top.

The line in the topo looks wrong - the normal 'VDiff' start goes up the cracked arete between the two dotted lines. The left hand line is no longer even mentioned in the book, though it was the original route.
We did the cracked arete, and it's "Northumberland VDiff" - about S 4b
