14m. Classy climbing, technical and committing. Climb the flake to its top then, from runners (a whole bunch plus one for luck), pull left and climb the face on diminishing holds to reach Tube with relief. Scuttle right up Tube to finish (usual) or go Direct at a strenuous 6b. A right-hand finish to the main section of the climb is the even harder Off the Rocks, E8 6c. USER COMMENTS
Dare I say it's too straightforward for 6c; perhaps a stiff 6b? Definately worth E7, though, and the three stars. |
