20m. This line offers good and pumpy climbing. It is effectively a low-tide variation on the Terminal Zawn pitch, although most the climbing is very independent (and much harder). It can only be tackled at low tide, and can be climbed in either direction, although the first ascent was in reverse (of this description). From the ledge on the edge of the Terminal Zawn, follow the mother line until it's possible to drop strenuously down cracks to gain the edge of the barnacles. Continue climbing along the low grooves and roofs of the lower reaches, to gain the small, low inlet found in the corner of the Terminal Zawn. Continue traversing low down, to finally climb 'up' to the finishing white ledge. USER COMMENTSNo comments on this route. Login to your ROCKFAX account to add your comments - Search for comments. |
