45m. The traverse of the whole zawn is long, and quite an expedition. From the west side of Concrete Zawn, find your way down to sea level and traverse east/rightwards all the way across the massive zawn, on some of the oddest rock at Pembroke. When at the impasse, make wild moves to hang a big slopy jug, and perform a mid-air 'twist' to land on the small ledge on the other side (crux). Continue traversing the east wall until a easy way out becomes clear.
