Combine this finish with the start of Chris's Route and things begin to get a bit more logical.
Following a few recent ascents of this route (including mine) then the following description of what most people appear to do is perhaps more appropriate viz:
The steep powerful start of Chris's Route is followed to the break at the second bolt. Fingery and technical moves lead leftwards into the groove line of Rictus (peg runner clippable but only if using double ropes). The groove is followed all the way to the niche under the overhang, clipping the bolts to the right on Chris's Route and a thread runner in the groove of Rictus. The niche provides a slight rest before stepping up and right to follow the steep and powerful moves of the last gasp finish to the belay (2 more bolt runners protect).
Overall grade 7b and probably worth 2 stars.

Would agree with the above comments. A good straight route, up a steep bit of rock. 7B and 2 stars.

The slight rest in the niche is hands off.
