Does this route still exist? a lot of loose rock, i was scared to pull on any holds in case they fell off, may be best to leave it alone?
Tried this last year and it felt desperate! Could have been having a bad day though...
Must be up to 8a now as Aaron T pulled a hold off the move up, then had a hard time on it (which is the indicator of a hard route IMHO)
It's not 8a but definately 7c+. Too hard for 7c
In it's present state the up move at the end of the trav is desperate and reachy. As this move is harder than any of the moves on any of the classic 8a/8a+ routes here-abouts I'd say it must be 8a. Certainly a harder proposition than Subculture or The Bulge |
