8m. The vague break in the roof to the right of the overhanging crack has been reclimbed via a powerful sequence.
FA. Joe Brown (with one sling for aid) 1958. FFA. John Allen or Jim Reading 1975. Reclimbed by Steve Allen in 1984 after most of the crucial flake disappeared. Reclimbed again by Ben Bransby in 2006 and named after his daughter.

Three of us did this free at the same time, Jim Campbell led it first and said it was easier without the sling after failing trying to do it with it. myself and, I think, Johnny Ibbotson then both led it, I'm sure this was earlier than Johns ascent in 1975, but its possible that something had broken off before John did it and after us, I think Jim Campbell was the first free lead though.
