Wicked shaped arete - never E4 but worth at least a star of anyones money. Good small friends at half height.
Brilliant micro route, E3 5c. (on a top rope its very obvious it's not 6a but a bit scary to lead.)

Very short, very shapely, very cool. Hard start especially for the short, the finish is elegant and exsquisite. Well worth leading, would be a dangerous solo, despite Birkby's usual cavalier nonsense.
agree with fiend, i fell off the top move solo - you head right onto a not so good landing and it doesn't feel too great!
Good first E3 (if it counts). You can see what you have to do from the ground, good gear at mid height, positive top out. Did feel a bit waaayyy just near the top though. |
