1 piece of gear after the crux (5a). reminds me of the little wall VS's at start of burbage north . another wonderfully perplexing grit experience at VS!
The crux is 4c but in a worrying high position and will be much harder for short climbers. The top out requires care as well. The route length is wrong at 4m it is nearly 6m and only a metre higher than Down to Earth which bizzarly gets E4 6a 8m!
That should have been a metre lower than Down To Earth, apologies!
Found this quite a worrying solo(higher than it looks!).
i really enjoyed this. nicely technical and keep your head for the top out. thought it a little harder than 4c. there is no gear so don't bother. it's a solo or a highball with a matt. at least worth a star.

Called Crunchy Nuts in the BMC guide. Nice little route but agree with prev comments about reach and the highish crux - bearing in mind its a solo. |
