Route Grade Votings

A fine route up the centre of the wall, starting at the notch. The climbing is tough, the holds are generally poor, and there are no runners. The landing is pretty grim too! A left-hand variation is Spike at f7B which is easier to pad out.
This is incorrectly listed as E7 in the graded list. It should really be high in the E6s.
Ive read quite a lot about whether it E6 or E7. Its only 3 or 4 moves, and after all the talk I had expected it to be easier than it is.
Definitely E7, as listed in other websites. thin moves above a well serious deck out
A rope and a couple of mats made this feel pretty safe. Is a 4 move V4 boulder problem above a slightly dodgy landing really E7 ?
Dont forget, its graded for an ascent, without mats, and onsight. If you didnt know anything about it, the E6/7 grade would be about right
E5 climbing above an E6/7 landing.
excellent route whatever the grade is. Thanks Ron.
Weirdly still given E7 in the new guide. It is comparable to many E5 solos on grit and is reversable to a point where you can jump off easily. Soloed on-sight and w/o pads I still think E6 is very generous.
