Found this desperate on Saturday. Did SirLoin and Mint Sauce first and they were OK. Prime Cut felt one or two grades harder.

Are you sure you traversed right at the right level Mike? It was always a bit tricky but unless something has come off recently it has always been just a good value E1 to me.
