21m. A great pitch on good rock. Make few moves up Moonchild before stretching left to some sharp holds. Above, sustained and varied climbing is followed by a traverse left to a double bolt lower-off on a ledge. Ignore the ancient rope lower-off directly above the final traverse. USER COMMENTS
Should be done direct, and may nudge the grade up.
Excleent climbing on good rock with continuely interesting climbing interspersed by good rests. One of the best of the grade at the crag.
Excellent route, some sustained moves and quality rock, only slightly spoilt by the lower off left onto the phantomzone lower off which also makes stripping more awkward.
There was a new direct finish done a while ago, makes much more sense and stripping much easier. |
