Intricate and sustained climbing up the wall just to the right of the long groove of Cybernetic Orchard. Start right of a low overhang below a difficult-to-see bolt. Climb up broken ground to the main wall. Climb the wall directly via some hard climbing in its mid section. USER COMMENTS
A fantastic route, steep, juggy and more exposed than your average Portland 6c. Will clean up well.
I agree a very cool route with a spectacular finish, steep and juggy, worth at least 2 stars.
Agree with both of the above.
After 10 metres of sandy choss, the route is brilliant- some of the best overhanging tufa climbing I've done in the UK.
Shame about the start, which is awful, but the rest more than makes up for it! There are lots of really good rests on this route. I thought the bolting was really strange. Lower down where the climbing is easy it is completely over-bolted (second bolt is redundant), but on the steep stuff at the top, just when the pump sets in, it gets a bit run-out!
The start has now cleaned up nicely to give one of the best 6c's on the Island - 3 stars?
