One of Portland's finest routes. Some thin pocket moves and a great finish all on immaculate flowstone. USER COMMENTS
I found the top moves harder than the crux. They're really quite long-reachy and pumpy, as opposed the two-move fingery crux.
I thought the crux was the low fingery two-move crux. The reaches were quite long at the top but the holds were so good, I did not find them pumpy.
The crux is certainly fingery and the top half of the route is probably 6a+.
The top is easy really. It should be in the bag if you reach the mid height ledge.
Simply a joy. Classic 6c+
A great climb somewhat defiled by the sad attempt to chip out an eliminate line to the right.
I was very pleased to on sight this wonderful route on sunday afternoon, thank you Pete Oxley!!
Wonderful route. The crux is much harder than the rest of the route, but I think the grade is OK.
Simply a classic route, with an amazing finish, that is a pleasure to do after the fingery start.
Very good route. One stiff pull low down and a ramble to the top. Good first 6c+ i reckon.
Awesome route, 'specially the top section. Great finishing jugs too. |
