The wall and baffling upper groove is one of the more popular lines at this end of the cliff.

The crux (upper groove) is much much harder than the rest of the route.
Nic - 07/Aug/00

Admitedly it was damp when we did it, but the top groove is weird and in my opinion pushes it into the easy 6b+ grade. A good route though.
Al Evans - 01/Nov/02

The groove is the only tricky section. It's quite crimpy, and in dry conditions feels like solid 6b.
Gavin McGrath - 10/Nov/03

One committing move on a crimp on the groove but next to a great big hole to rest in while you think about it. Above / below the groove is much easier on good holds.
Max A - 15/Jun/04

hard, blind top groove:only ok when you know the numbers, verdict: give it 6b+ for the onsight.
rob smitton - 15/Feb/05

route finding is fine its all there, using eys and feet make it fine, run of the mill 6b, a nice few moves
