Pleasing and precise climbing on great rock. Move up the wall to a small corner and make some long moves to an easing at a thin crack. Climb the thin crack to a ledge at the horizontal break from where one last move up gains the lower-off. USER COMMENTS
An ideal route for someone attempting their first 6a
It is a little bit reachy though so not perfect for kids/short.
Polished choss. Horrible.
I also thought it was reachy, probably only 5+ if you are over 6ft (I'm not)
BTW its not polished choss, quite nice climbing actually.
I agree wit Andy, a polished horror.
my first portland onsight 6a. lovely.
Did this again this weekend, got to admit it was very slippy, mostly due to chalked up holds I think, probably better in winter.
slimy, reachy, average route
high first clip, polished and reachy. NOT A GOOD WARM-UP
Brilliant memorable moves. An excellent little route. Only a teensy bit polished.
Great 6a climbing. The polish doesn't distract. Lovely reaches!
Good solid rock...all the holds are there even for a shorty.
Nice set of moves, I even managed to build in a fun but probably unecessary dyno. As to polish... erm, where?!!
At the start for feet..
i take back my comments. When i wrote this i was actually referring to Inch perfect inchworm! - got my routes mixed up! . Still a bit of a tenuous move for 6a but very enjoyable climbing..
A committing move to get to the first good holds, and lovely climbing from there on. Not polished and definitely worth 2 stars |
