Dissapointing? My most "memorable" route on Portland . Some loose rock and sand ;o)

A good inch of loose crumbly mud on most of the footholds, get on it before it rains again and you might just see some clean rock in places.

Could be a good route, but only after some maintenance with a trowel and jetwash.
