Route Grade Votings

The line of shallow open grooves is the hardest route on Portland that requires a BIG span for success.
In my dreams ....!
i found this route a tad overgraded. in the previous rockfax it is 8a plus which i believe is a more suitable grade. If it really is 8b then all I have to say is that it is a pushover!!
I heared Gaskins had some serious trouble on it tho...
this must be a very difficult route to grade (not unlike most other hard routes in Portland) - it is perhaps a solid 8a+ if you are tall enough and don't have to use some of the small intermediate holds, for shorter people it must be much harder though
it looks like the vertical handhold for the right hand at the beginning of the crux has been chipped (or at least improved); also a tiny foothold for the left foot looks "unnatural" (which is a shame as the move can be done without it without adding to the grade)
