very good climbing on jugs whilst heel hooking the ledge movving alon upside down. Fine position above the sea. Can be slimy at the end of summer, approach via nee bar isnt very nice however a good route, will suit strong boulderers.

It's worth noting you can mantle onto the shelf from the back of the cave as well as the front.
