The Great Escape
<< Scrubs < Borstal Brake-in | Beach Madness > Esmeralda's Monkey >>
An atmospheric traverse. Unfortunately the boulder beach has dropped and the start is not possible at the present time.
1) 6c, 15m. Climb the pocketed wall above the roof, then traverse left along the lip to a hanging stance near the arete.
2) 6c, 15m. Continue traversing left around the arete, then trend upwards to a large square block.

Where is this route supposed to start?
The weakness in the roof 10ft (ish) to the R of the first visible bolt seems rather hard for what is supposed to be
to be part of a 6a as well... Zawn is escapable to the L looking out at VD ish.

Boulder beach has dropped about 6ft over the years, making the start to this and Beach Madness bold and difficult. Need another bolt, and a grade re-appraisal.
