The route described in the RockFax book is certainly harder than VS 4c. The old BMC guide described the route as up the awkward crack onto the block, then exit up the arete above. I'd agree with the VS 4c that was given for that. However, in RockFax exit from the block is by traversing right along a wide break. Pumpy, small holds, big swing potential and difficult gear put this IMHO to at least HVS 5a.
