Good climbing all the way. The first bolt is right of the crack because of suspect rock. USER COMMENTS
An excellent warm up route
Doesn't really feel like 6b. A hard move around the 3rd bolt. 6b(ish) moves in the finger crack above the 5th.
Really good climbing in the upper crack...more than makes up for the less pleasent lower wall. Use the ledges on the right between the 5th and 6th bolts.
Nice route all the way up, one of the best medium grade routes at the cuttings. Helps if you apply some technique to the top section.
Don't slip off before you clip the first bolt, its a long way up and polished!
The first bolt is actually slightly to the right of the crack, not far off the ground. This is presumably due to the rock being a bit suspect where you might expect to find the first bolt.
Quality route. Highly enjoyable with good moves in the groove.
Not quite sure how 30ft of good rock above 25ft of loose choss gets 2 stars. Good top but a dreadful lower section.
Moving into the upper groove with the right-hand crack is classic 6b. You can keep the rest.
utter pile of complete chossey crap!!! super loose at the bottom! super polished! high first clip.... did i mention a bit loose? pretty much sums it up in my book |
