16m. A trip up the right-hand wall of the cleft with good protection from big Friends, the closeness of the opposite wall detracts. Start up Right-hand Tower but trend left up well-separated and rounded breaks, to some particularly stretchy moves. USER COMMENTS
A good piece of hidden entertainment. Modern micro friends renders the climb easier now. The wall behind just takes the mental sting out a bit too much.
i failed to do the crux moves, whilst tom brunt (at 6'4" and no slouch) spent a while working it all out and then only *just* made the reach. any less than 6'4" and it's at least 6a...and i'll fight you if you say any different!
5'11" 3/4 and was when I did it! Outside now
I'm 5'6" and couldn't do this after 'warming' up on Slap and Spittle.
I know a 5'6" pensioner who's done it a few times... must try harder John!
Pah!
Height not the main issue as it is more like a mantleshelf. Tall people will be too tempted just to stretch .... you won't make it unless you palm down as well!! |
