A route for those who like them short, sharp and well protected. Amble up the lower section and assault the central crack in the white headwall. Brief but excellent. USER COMMENTS
Great route. Easy start leads to the underneath of the blank wall. Good gear here, then pull through the hard moves to the top. Pity it's so short, but otherwise really enjoyable
Overated and undergraded!
I found it hard to place gear once committed to the headwall, and so didn't. Bomber nut in the crack though.
An excellent route, though I found it easier than Balcony (HS) just to the left. Weird...
Balcony is a significant distance to the left. Stroof is just where the ledge is very narrow. Gangway is just to the right of balcony
Frigged the crack (on the second) trying to get my left foot up. One hard move and it's done. Good lead Carl! |
