This was my first Severe lead. I found the arete at mid-height quite nervy, feeling more overhanging than it looked from the ground, but it's also well-protected and quite straightforward in the end. The rest of the route is V. Diff at worst. Easy belay with abseil stakes and rock spikes, so a decent first Severe lead really.

Better than Inspiration. Line easier to follow. Poorly protected but 4a is about right.

Can someone please clarify something for me?

Does this route go up the right hand side of the face as described in rockfax or does it actually go up the arete/buttress thingy at the end of the face?
