24m. From the lowest of the buttress climb the arete then the right slanting crack to just below 'the leaning tower'. Head diagonally left for 4m to join and finish as for Pisa.

This is not a 4c problem, it may be a VS as protection is good but the overall difficuly of the climb remains high so i agree with the voting thay HVS may be appropriate.
