Worth the upgrade from HVS - quite hard and reachy if you avoid all contact with Gremlin Groove. It would be worth another star if it wasn't so close - particularly at the crux.
This used to be HVS? - it's still a sandbag at E1! Good moves, but crux is nails and the upper slab hard and unprotected. Also escapable at every point.
I seconded Steve C (previous comment) and failed to follow the crux on a top rope, having just led Galileo (which recent comments have rated top end for E1). This has to be E2, or did we miss something? |
