Hard Diff would be a fair grade, a bit of a joke at moderate like it is in the other guides
The slab just left of this is a somewhat eliminate E1 5b. It's a perfectly reasonable route, and pleasent to solo at the grade. I regard it as a shame that PGE and this database neglect to mention it. Not the best route around, but not the worst, either.
The route's called Cent. It's really very good although there's not a useful bit of gear on it. Strange that it fails to get in Rockfax when something like Don's delight makes it!
Fairly straightforward, the start is a little tricky, but gets really easy higher up. I managed to get in a 3.5 cam, but didn't really have anything else, so felt a bit exposed. Take some large friends or hexs and you can lace it! |
