Rightly popular (especially with outdoor groups) as it gives a fairly long, sustained route which is odd to have been singled out as being "gritty". Also just right is an independant line on twin cracks (HVD?) which deserves seperate route status. This is even better but with a more obvious crux sequence just above the overlap.
A really good first lead - if only the toproping hordes would leave it alone so that it can be enjoyed this way.
