1) 4b, 10m. Climb into the hanging groove on the right passing a bulge early on, to a stance out right. Scary but less so than... 2) 5a, 6m. Move out left and climb the wall on polished slopers and without much protection. Keeping calm in a crisis is useful. USER COMMENTS
Unless Im missing something the upper wall is 5a to gain the slopers and once you get there there is no pro. HS 4b seems ungenerous on both counts.
I know the second pitch is off a big ledge but the gear is crap to non-existent and the first few moves are never 4b. 5a is more realistic. |
