A fall from the crux would hurt a lot. I thought closer to E3 5b

At least!!! it's certainly 5b, but the plummet, shredding and collision with the sidewall is both ungradeable and deeply unwelcome.

What an excellent route! 5b climbing with stunning exposure and gripping moves. Certainly an E3 route.
