Only just seen this description and it seems wrong to me. This route starts left of twin cracks at a porthole thingy and goes straight up the wall (using snappy pebbles) to a junction with the left arete which you finish up. Maybe I am misunderstanding your description and the line on the photo-topo will be accurate. I suppose this information is a bit useless now what with the book having gone to the printers and all that - ho-hum...
