14m. The leaning prow is bold and strenuous although there is protection from Friends and a large Hex in the slot. Originally it traversed left to join Alcatraz, but it is better to swing into the finish of The Untouchable. The name is aimed at persons unknown who stole part of the belay whilst the route was being worked! USER COMMENTS
Oh yes, the original route name name was 'Wanker', in honour of someone who stole a Friend from the belay whilst 1st ascentionists were toproping it. Became 'Juan Cur' in the 90s Peak supplement.
Was originally protected by a large piece of wood 1 x 2 x 2 foot found in someones front garden on the morning of the ascent. |
