14m. Start just left of the roof and climb a runnel to the break and then the wall on big pockets to another break (large Friends) and the final tier on smaller pockets.

Hard unprotected moves to first ledge, not inspiring gear to protect the moves to the second break (move above first ledge is height dependent). Hard but well protected finish E5 6a?

agreed.
hard, unprotected moves to first ledge above a NASTY! landing. then a big high step (dodgy cam in pocket by your waist) to reach next ledge. finally good gear (big friends) and more 5c/6a moves pulling on small pockets to reach top.
soft/gritty surface throughout adds extra spice!!

Agreed, E5 sounds more reasonable, I found the first section the hardest- felt 6a and bold. Tiny cams fit some of the pockets but then you have fewer holds.
