Not sure who plucked the 4b grade out of thin air as the initial moves left are clearly strenuous 4c. A bit of an odd, bouldery route.
Hard for VS 4b.
Loved it! Agree with the 4c start.....watch for the 'rocking rock'-nearly got my fingers trapped! Not a lot of protection.
According to my Lancashire guide it was only 4a when I first did it back in '94. It must have aged as badly as me!
Steady climbing but the move through the roof can feel a bit nervy sometimes, don't sit back and think it's over when you get past the rocking block !! |
