18m. The long clean groove gives a fine piece of climbing, sustained and well protected up an excellent line and the crux, as they say is 'where it should be'.
again, the stars refer to when it was clean!
Simply superb. As good as Goliath's Groove, wherever that is. Crux is in bottom 20 ft. It's interesting all the way and very well protected. Only problem is the earth on the ledges knocked off the top - all part of the experience.
The crux always used to be the top.
I've managed to get 24 pieces of gear in this climb (for practice) can anyone better that?
One of the best climbs of its grade in the area. Not to be missed by the S/VS leader. Take plenty of gear!
One of the best HS I have lead, a series of really good satisfying moves and safe as houses.
Awesome! Really great fun.
The crux is still at the top and refuses to move,..
really enjoyable climb with bomb proof protection. I'de say more like 4b though
the crux is defantly at the top as i have done it about 10 times, just quality and the best hs for miles around
the crux is defantly at the top as i have done it a couple of times, just quality and the best hs for miles around
The crux is the bottom. The top is easy.
Would be worth 3* if it wasnt so dirty...
I found the crux was at the top, however the climb is well protected and my most enjoyable climb so far.
