16m. Nice wall climbing that would be even better if it stayed clean. Climb the arete to the flake on the left then a ledge. Move right then trend back left to finish. It changes less than it used to as most of the loose flakes have been pulled off long ago. USER COMMENTS
I'd say the original grade was fair for the tricky initial section. Nice wall climbing that would be better if it stayed clean - give it a brush from Fiend when you're en-route please =).
It will never be clean but it is a good route all the same.
A very good VS with good protection where it matters. All the top needs is a good brushing off occasionally. Come on, lazy climbers!
SUPERB! What a fantastic route, a real good test of nerve but gear just where you need it.
Agree with donkarlo, a fantastic route maintaining its grade all the way. The move from the second ledge is a puzzler, up from LHS or trend right? I went up from LHS.
I also agree with donkarlo a superb lead. Definitely stay left from second ledge on thin holds to get to bigger holds.
Top cleaned off early 2010. A block came off the ledge below the peg while we were climbing it. Climb is solid at the time of posting! |
