Adjacent Routes 60m. A classic Lakes ice route. Takes 4 or 5 days of cold weather to come into condition. Start from a belay on a small tree (try not to stand on the tree with crampons on). 1) 30m. A short steep section leads to less difficult climbing and a belay on the left. 2) 30m. Steep right and climb the iced slabs to the final mushrooms of ice which can be turned on the left or harder on the right. USER COMMENTS
