20m. The gloomy rift splitting the buttresses is a worthwhile expedition. Enter over blocks and head into the darkness until you can bridge up to daylight at a large platform and a possible stance. Choose a way to the cliff top - a good beginner's outing. A rope is almost redundant as there is nowhere to fall! USER COMMENTS
A lovely atmospheric route - well worth climbing
Definitely worth doing, very pleasant. Not really much point in a rope though, it's not as though there's anywhere to fall.
great fun if you come out the open side of the boulder, bridge out and look down, there is somewhere to fall then! |
