bastard hard for VDiff, even knowing the good holds are there it still isn't easy. HVDiff at least if not Severe In my humble opinion.

The start is non-trivial, and could maybe do with a grade, but I would rate the rest of the climb as solid VDiff.

Nice route! Big holds! Footholds below the lip are a bit polished but the ledge round the corner can be used to good effect with the left leg!

I'm not very good at climbing but soloed this the other day and found it easier than that one over on the right "if you find this scary then you're in the wrong game". And the 'move'? What move? Did I do something wrong?

If you found Monkey Corner easier than Monkey Wall (the "one over on the right") then yes, you did do something wrong. I agree with the others that the start is steep for VDiff.

Yes, I did so I guess I did. I'm always doing this sort of thing though. Monkey Wall just felt a lot more exposed, cos you had to wonder leftwards over the ledge. This one had nice big juggy holds for yer 'ands - heave ho! Jolly good fun.
