Overbeck Boulder is well worth a short visit with some striking lines and good flat grassy landings in a sunny and sheltered situation. Overbeck Arete is a great V4. Guidebook page 174.

2 |
Technical Wall The superb and intricate wall is climbed going slightly left. A great, high problem above a good landing. | 3 Stars Technical Rounded | V5 |
3 |
Overbeck Arete The striking arete is climbed in three stages, with decent holds in between (on which to regroup) before the fluttery finish. | 3 Stars Pumpy Rounded Fluttery | V4 |
4 |
Arete and Traverse After the first few feet of the arete, hand traverse right along the ledge system and gain the top. | 2 Stars | V2 5c |

Easy Side The slabby wall can be climbed at this grade in a number of places, but again, it needs a good brushing. | V0- 4c | |
