Below the main crag-top path on the usual approach are some neglected buttresses. Most are overgrown, though the three routes around the deep groove of Morty’s Corner are worth seeking out if you want some solitude. Guidebook page 268.

12m. Balance out to the arete (chipped?) and head up it direct and on better holds. A Direct Start is 5c.

Downes’ Crack
12m. Layback the thinning flake rapidly with hard moves to reach the ledge. An easier crack completes the route.
