This is the side of the crag facing the village of Kilnsey. To the left of South Buttress capped by its huge overhang is the ivy-filled South Gully. The left wall of South Gully forms a broken arete with the easy-angled South Face further left. At the foot of this face, 6m left of the arete is an elderberry tree.
