A fine block of rock with two interesting faces split by the arete pointing down the valley. Traditionally, the left-hand face has been known as the West Face and the right-hand one as Miner's Wall. The buttress has some of the tallest routes on the cliff, for these a rope and runners might be required by most folks. Guidebook page 182.
