The beautiful east-facing wall of vertical granite is truly amazing, and the routes are some of the best in north-east Scotland; the classics include Hole in the Wall and Shere Khan. The wall is ready-made for soloing; around 16m high, and with most of the cruxes just above mid-height - but remember to push out a little if you fall. Sadly there aren't any lower grade routes here.
