Morning Slab is a massive hulk of compact rock, split in its lower half by bands of narrow overhangs. The upper Evening Wall is steeper and has much stronger lines. A good deal of the routes on the Morning Slab are runout, although the rock is generally excellent. The large tree-covered ledge that splits Morning Wall from Evening Wall is known as Lunchtime Ledge and is a pleasant place to relax between routes. Guidebook page 62.
