The central section of cliffs at Sinsat have a lot of good climbing, though the approach puts off many. The two sectors here offer the most amenable outings. From the top of any of the Sector GR 4b+ routes it is possible to either do a route on the Sector Jeanne, followed by an abseil descent, or scramble over to the left to locate some fixed ropes which mark the way down. Take double ropes, a light rack, and plenty of water. Guidebook page 235.
