NY 342158 750m. N Facing. Approach from Swirls Car Park at GR 315169. A Large broken crag with mainly easy routes but potential for short technical pitches. Comes into winter condition quickly and is popular. A good linkup is to do a route on Brown Cove Crags then continue over the top over Helvellyn to descend Swirral Edge and do a route on the Red Tarn Face. Descent: To the NW (right side looking at the crag).
