The Siurana Valley Crags have some brilliant routes that are often overlooked (in both senses of the word) in favour of the more accessible Village Crags. The small lower-lying valley is ringed by an unbroken line of steep limestone walls undercut by some equally attractive (visually) sandstone cliffs. Even if you have no time to climb here it is worth a quick look at El Pati sector, home to La Rambla, a possible 9a, and a very, very impressive piece of climbing. (A steeper Cave Route Right-hand topped off by a chunk of Kilnsey’s North Buttress).
