Bellús offers varied climbing set in a secluded dry valley called The Barranco Fondo. Although the routes are generally short they are action packed and this is a very pleasant spot, sheltered and quiet. It offers a good day's entertainment for climbers who are over-familiar with other crags in the Costa Blanca. The crag is a well sheltered sun-trap, it get hot here even in the middle of winter. There are no big overhangs here so there is little to do in the rain. Similarly there is not much respite from the sun, so this is not a summer time crag.
